Important Note on Images
Your facial images are processed in real-time for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. Images are deleted immediately after analysis is complete. Only the resulting numerical scores and analysis text are retained.

Camera & Microphone Permissions
EpicFiner requires camera access for face scanning and microphone access for voice analysis. These permissions are only used when you actively initiate a scan or recording. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will disable the corresponding features.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
EpicFiner is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
